Ready to Use and Highly Concentrated Paint

The Impact line marking paint is the most advanced, ready-to-use line marking paint available. It raises the standard of sports field line marking to the highest level.

No mixing and no pouring of paint are required as the paint is applied directly from its container without adding and mixing any water.

Adopting unique chemistry and advanced formulation techniques, Impact will provide the brightest and whitest lines with superior light reflecting qualities. Impact is available in a number of standard colors which are vibrant and long lasting.

Under dry conditions and moderate temperatures above 5°C (41°F), the paint will become rainfast in as little as 20 minutes.

Applying Impact paint using one of the iGO spray marking machines is quick and trouble free. The combination of the formulation techniques, the pump and the unique nozzles makes it possible to over-mark a standard size football (soccer) field with as little as 1.6 liters (0.42 gallons) of paint.

This means that it is possible to overmark more than six standard size football (soccer) fields with a canister of 10 liters (2.64 gallons). All these fields can be marked without the inconvenience and downtime of frequent return trips for mixings, pourings and refills.

Using Impact paint, all the operator has to do is to shake or stir the paint well, open the container cap, insert the paint flow probe and screw the cap back on – it’s that simple.

The Impact paint is so versatile it can be used with almost any spray line marking machine usually following a conversion.

Facts

Carrying using 2 x 10 liter (2 x 2.64 gallons) canisters more than 12 fields could be over-marked without returning to base or carrying a heavy tank of diluted paint. Massive savings in time and effort are achieved.

Cone Nozzles

Considerable research has been undertaken matching paint formulation characteristics with spray nozzle flow rates and paint atomization.

Using cone nozzles, the atomized paint droplets spin when they leave the nozzle, covering both sides of the leaf, eliminating the need to make two passes to achieve the required quality of line.

The chart shows the time and flow rates of nozzles recommended for applying specific amounts of Impact paint to achieve the desired quality of line when marking a standard size football (soccer) field.

All calculations are based on 15 minutes spraying time which represents the average actual spraying time for a standard football (soccer) field*.

*per field refers to marking a standard size football (soccer) field of 650 metres (1,950 feet) at an average walking speed of 43 meters (130 feet) per minute.
